Description

The **Hardline HR-9000-2 iMeter Wireless Hour Meter** is a waterproof vibration-sensing engine hour meter designed for motorcycles, motocross and off-road bikes, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs and other powersports applications.

With **no power, earth, spark plug or ignition pickup wire required**, installation is extremely simple. Mount the meter to the machine and its built-in resonance sensing technology automatically detects engine vibration and records operating time while the engine is running.

Because it measures engine vibration rather than ignition pulses, the HR-9000-2 offers broad application across different engine configurations without needing to match the meter to a particular cylinder count or ignition firing pattern.

A permanent total-hour counter records accumulated engine operating time, while a resettable trip-hour meter can be used to track maintenance intervals such as oil changes, air filter servicing, valve adjustments, spark plug replacement and engine rebuilds.

**Important Application Information:**

The HR-9000-2 is an **hour meter only and does not display engine RPM**.

Its wireless vibration-sensing design makes it an excellent option when simple installation and broad engine compatibility are the priority.

For engine hours plus RPM, choose the **Hardline HR-8061-2** for single and twin-cylinder petrol engines or the **HR-8062-2** for petrol engines with up to 8 cylinders.

**Mounting Note:** Do not use the HR-9000-2 with the Hardline HRMM-2 Steering Stem Mount. It is compatible with HRMM-3, HRMM-4 and HRMM-5 mounts.
