Description

The **Hardline HR-8062-2 Hour Meter and Tachometer** is a waterproof inductive engine hour meter and digital tachometer designed for petrol engines with up to 8 cylinders.

Ideal for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, PWCs, boats, marine outboards and generators, it provides an accurate way to monitor engine running hours, RPM and service intervals across a wide range of petrol-powered equipment.

The inductive pickup senses the engine's ignition signal, so no connection to the vehicle's power supply or earth is required. It is compatible with carburetted and fuel-injected petrol engines, including conventional ignition systems and modern pencil / pen-stick coils.

When the engine is running, the HR-8062-2 displays engine RPM. When switched off, it displays total accumulated operating hours. It also features **two independently resettable trip-hour meters, TM1 and TM2**, making it easy to track maintenance intervals such as oil changes, air filter servicing and engine rebuilds.
