Description

The **Hardline HR-8061-2 Hour Meter and Tachometer** is a waterproof inductive engine hour meter and digital tachometer designed for single and twin-cylinder petrol engines.

Ideal for motorcycles, motocross and off-road bikes, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, boats and generators, it provides an accurate way to monitor engine running hours, RPM and service intervals.

The inductive pickup senses the engine's ignition signal, so no connection to the vehicle's power supply or earth is required. It works with both 2-stroke and 4-stroke petrol engines, including carburetted and fuel-injected applications with conventional spark plug leads or modern pencil / pen-stick ignition coils.

When the engine is running, the HR-8061-2 displays engine RPM. When switched off, it displays total accumulated operating hours. It also features **two independently resettable trip-hour meters, TM1 and TM2**, making it easy to track maintenance intervals such as oil changes, air filter servicing, valve inspections and engine rebuilds.
