All orders are shipped from our local warehouse and sent via courier or bulk transport depending on the size. We will always do our best to dispatch products on the same day as the order is received. For delivery, please allow 1-2 working days for the South Island and 2-3 working days for the North Island.
If you have not received your delivery within the timeframe mentioned above, we suggest you allow an extra day before contacting us in case there is a delay with the courier or transport provider. We cannot ship to P.O boxes or overseas addresses.

We have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, prior to sending back the goods please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. To ensure your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner, we only accept returns that are accompanied by an RMA number approved by us. (Please write the RMA number on the outside of the courier box; please do not write it on the actual product).
Please keep a copy of your courier tracking number from the courier company when sending back goods.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account again. We suggest you then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

RETURNS (Damaged or Incorrect Goods)
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you must advise us in writing within 5 days of the goods being shipped from our distribution centre. If we do not receive notice in writing within this time frame, the delivered goods will be deemed to be correct.
If you wish to return damaged or incorrect goods, you can do so by requesting a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number from our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner, we only accept returns that are accompanied by an RMA number approved by us.
When making returns by courier, please ensure you retain your tracking number in case the goods get lost in transit.

Once returned goods have been verified as damaged or incorrect compared to your order, we will ship replacement goods to you as soon as possible thereafter.
